Bella’s Sunshine Drink

The way you choose to start your morning is crucial to setting the tone for the rest of your day. Eating a healthy and balanced breakfast, especially within the first hour of your day is extremely important, but what about what you put into your body before breakfast?

There is a so much information on the internet these days, especially in regards to the holistic phenomenon that has become so popular. More and more people are choosing at-home, organic remedies over modern-day medication. Many of us are going back to the traditional ways of taking care of our bodies and minds. Mother Nature has always provided us with everything we need to live a healthy and balanced life, and although we agree that modern medicine plays a crucial role in our society, there are many ways that adopting a healthy and holistic lifestyle can change your life.

  • Hot water
  • 1 full *organic lemon
  • Dash of *organic cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of *organic raw honey
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger

*Choose organic ingredients from your local farmers market if possible, but if you don’t have access to these, non-organic is ok too. If you are finding the taste to be strong, after you take a sip, add some more hot water and continue doing so after each sip to taste.
